Amazon reportedly plans $8B Nvidia chip leaseback through an SPV
The Financial Times reports, per siliconangle.com, that Amazon plans to move about $8 billion worth of Nvidia Grace Blackwell chips into a special purpose vehicle and lease them back. The vehicle would raise money from outside investors through debt and a 10% equity stake, and Amazon has reportedly been in talks with backers for several weeks.
