DOJ alleges CEO diverted over $300M of Nvidia-chip servers to China
The US Department of Justice alleges that Greg Lui, 38, CEO of Earthmade Computer, used false paperwork and freight forwarders in Malaysia and Singapore to divert servers containing export-controlled Nvidia A100 and H100 chips, worth more than $300 million, to China, according to Ars Technica's report of the DOJ press release on October 2, 2026. The charges are allegations; nothing has been proven in court.
