Decagon launches Duet Apprentice, an agent-training tool, at its Dialogues event
Decagon (decagon.ai) says it has launched Duet Apprentice, a feature meant to let its Duet agent absorb company-specific knowledge the way new hires do, unveiled alongside Voice 3 at its Dialogues conference on Oct. 1, 2026. The company says prior methods required manually assembling and updating an agent's business context.
