Claim. By October 15, 2026 (11:59 PM Pacific), Harvey announces at least one newly named enterprise customer or one product/feature reaching general availability that was not publicly disclosed before October 3, 2026.
Resolution rule. Resolves YES only if, on or before 2026-10-15T23:59:00-07:00, Harvey's official site (harvey.ai) or its blog/press page, or a named news outlet directly quoting or citing Harvey, states (a) the name of a specific enterprise customer or law firm newly disclosed as a Harvey customer or partner, or (b) a specific product or feature explicitly described as 'generally available' or having exited beta/waitlist. The customer, product, or feature must not have been named or announced as available before October 3, 2026. Otherwise resolves NO, including if the deadline passes with no qualifying statement.
